Player Bio and Testimonial
Hello, I am a 3rd generation baseball player that is learning the game from my grandfather and dad that played high school, college and professionally. I am a Short-stop and right handed Outfielder born and raised in Albuquerque NM. My love for the game started with my dad pitching to me when I was 2yrs old in our den then developing in little league and club baseball. I have really become closer to the game since my dad has friends connected with pro teams. It’s sounds easy to say but when I got to see the environment and the fun it is playing at the next level I have really began to work hard at my position and at the plate. The great coaches I was lucky to be around have taught me the hard work and dedication needed to play high school and to get into college baseball. I am a Junior now and am working daily on my speed, arm strength and baseball IQ. I am always working on my hitting and feel that is my natural God given talent. I love it. I understand being humble and to be a team player and do my job for the team. Playing in high pressure games like our National USA Team or club major events made me the player I am today. Lucian Dixon is a blue collar worker. The young man will be on time to every workout and even show up before anyone. He is familiar at getting up at 5am to put work in and is only a sophomore in high school. He is a pure competitor and thrives in tough spots. Lucian has the range and arm to play any position on the field. He has a knack for driving the ball the other way with any pitch and has above average baseball IQ. Lucian is a great young man that comes from a great family that values work ethic on and off the field. He is a 4.0 student so grades will not be an issue.
